The Fancy Wagoners

Our last night of Spring Break vaca we stayed in Katy's hotel that she sells (along with seashells on the seashore).  The W - South Beach.

The rack rate was $2,440/night and if we wanted to buy it, (we told her probably not, but that we would sleep on it) it was $3.1 M as in million.dollars.

Katy called in a favor and got us the owner rates where we would just have to pay the cleaning fee of $150, but then as we checked in she said that her boss said, "Your brother is in the military?  He can stay for free!"  (Mick said that was definitely before he saw us and our Beverly Hillbillies selves walk in.)

It was very white.  And scary. (When you have four children.)  And beautiful!  She got us a corner ocean facing unit.  Two bedrooms, two baths, 1,300 square feet (I think).

This was our view!!!

We had two balconies which I ventured out on to get internet access because even if you spend $2,400 a night, (which let's be clear....we did not spend that...we spent -0-) you still need to pay $11.95/night for internet access....or get the free access outside of the concrete and marble interior from the city of Miami Beach.

As you can see it was crazy windy!  I swear that night my laptop could have blown away if I wasn't holding it.

We walked down to Lincoln Road and had some Italian with Katy/Dario/Massi.  It was nice to be so fancy!

Mick went in the pool with the big girls while Gigi and I watched.

There was a movie star baby there! And other bathing beauties!  :)

Here's another pic of that movie star baby!

There were some movie star kids there too!

Rock on W!!!!!!!!!!!! (And THANKS for showing us how the other half lives, Aunt Katy!)

Kiss! Kiss!  Have your people call our people and let's do lunch next time you're in town!

What a wonderful Spring Break!!!!!!!  Buh Bye!  :)

Too funny! Where did you get all of those sunglasses??? They pull them off with aplomb. I didn't realize that your room was literally a $2,000/night suite. Sweet! :P

There was a Journeys store in front of our restaurant and they had glasses on sale for $4.99. At first we just bought A and O them, but then C wanted some too. :-0
