Yamaguchi Flea Market

The first Sunday of every month there is a flea market about an hour and a half north (or is it south? I'm terrible at direction!) which is open from dawn until 3 p.m.. My friend Chantelle invited me and a bunch of ladies. She and our friend Gina rented two 8 passenger vans from ITT (Reliable Vehicle + Free Tolls = No Brainer) and assembled at 4:50.  I love when other people plan things and I just get to go along for the adventure! :)

We stopped for breakfast at McDonald's and were amused by this sign.
I must admit, though, that I agree with the sentiment!
I'm glad I went and am happy with my treasures that I found. A Mother's Day gift for Mick's Mom (Shhh! Can't tell! It will spoil the surprise!) and an outdoor Celsius thermometer with Kanji writing being the best.
I am always in awe that we are, at all times, surrounded by mountains!
Such a flurry of activity at this stand. It was women's clothing.
I also bought some citrus and some strawberries. The strawberries were AMAZING!
Thank you for inviting me Chantelle!
I'm sorry I was such a bad navigator, but thank you for the shotgun seat anyway! :)
