Claire Bear - Basketball Player Extraordinare

We signed up Claire for basketball because we were going to be there for Olivia anyway and let's be honest....the uniforms and the pictures were a HUGE draw as well!☺

Mom was here for a few of the high pressure/high stakes games. Here's the warm-ups.

The basket is as low as it can go, resting on some wrestling mats.

The coaches are young Marines without kids. Such nice guys! Totally gave their time and gave these little three and four year old's their all. Sooooooooooooooo sweet!

A very intensive halftime meeting. The boy on the left is planning how the snack is going to feel in his belly, apparently, instead of focusing on the plays they will be running the next half!

Let's be honest.....haven't you just wanted to sit down in the middle of the game and tell stories?

Again, how AWESOME are those coaches? They're going to be great Daddies some day!

I know this is blurry (I wasn't used to Mom's camera and I think I had it on the wrong setting), but this was DURING one of the high pressure games. ☺

It's just SO EXHAUSTING playing four 3 minute quarters!!!!

She shoots! She shoots again with some help! She scores! She runs wildly down the court, high fives Daddy....and.....straight to the stands to hang out with Grandma! That's enough for one game!☺

Claire was actually very sad when the uniforms were handed out at the beginning of the season because she wanted to be the number three because "I'M THREE!"

Closing Ceremonies are Saturday.
